Stone Roots Wellness Retreat Policies 

We are a small wellness spa and space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a relaxing experience with us.


Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time.

Please turn your cell phone off or place on silent when you arrive.

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation.


Booking

Please note that our booking system is designed to ensure that you are notified both at the time of your booking and 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any miscommunication. You will be notified of your appointment via text message, email, or both. 


Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment please call us at  (306) 541-2997 as soon as possible. This gives us the most time to re-book other clients. Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your appointments with insufficient notice we will ask for a deposit when booking. The deposit will be applied to your account. Should you not show for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. We fully understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. We ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible so we may make a note of it.


If you fail to show up for your appointment altogether, or contact us at any hour prior to your apointment, please understand that you will be billed accordingly and unable to rebook future appointments until that bill has been cleared up. Please call us (306) 541-2997 at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us limited time to re-book other clients and helps hold clients who are chronically late or do not show responsible. No shows and late arrivals disrupt the practitioners day more then we can say. We do our best to make sure your space is set up accordingly for your specific appointment and respect your time, we do ask that you respect ours as well. Thank You for your understanding.
